iCentra Partners with ISACA Abuja Chapter to Spotlight Business Agility

Abuja, Nigeria – June 2025

iCentra and ISACA Abuja Chapter have enjoyed a strong, collaborative relationship over the years, built on shared values of innovation, governance, and professional development. This year, the partnership deepened with the co-hosting of a special two-part webinar experience designed to explore key themes around business agility, digital trust, and transformational leadership.

Reimagining Business Value: Why Agility Matters

The first segment, a fireside chat, was themed “Reimagining Business Value: Why Agility Matters.” It featured Taopheek Babayeju, CEO of iCentra, and Esther Shirley Atitebi, Team Lead of the iCentra Solutions Unit.

In his keynote address, Taopheek Babayeju underscored the critical importance of agility not just as a delivery model but as a leadership and organizational mindset. He challenged businesses to rethink how value is created and delivered in a dynamic world, emphasizing the need for responsive structures, empowered teams, and continuous learning.

“Agility begins with people, not processes. To drive real transformation, leadership must embrace flexibility, transparency, and trust,” Babayeju shared during the chat.

Esther Atitebi complemented this perspective by discussing how agility plays out in practice through collaboration, iterative feedback, and an openness to change that enables sustainable performance across functions.

Fathers of Impact: Leadership, Legacy & Digital Trust

The second session transitioned into a powerful panel discussion titled “Fathers of Impact: Building the Legacy of ISACA Nigeria Through Digital Trust and Governance.” Moderated by M.S. Pyemwa Deshi, the panel featured chapter leaders from across the country, including:

  • Mr. Emmanuel Omoke – President, ISACA Abuja Chapter
  • Mr. Justus Iyke Osuji – President, ISACA Lagos Chapter
  • Mr. Olaleke Sola Sunday – President, ISACA Ibadan Chapter
  • Mr. Otaroghene Otokunefor – ISACA Port Harcourt Chapter

Held in celebration of Father’s Day, the panel celebrated the contributions of trailblazing professionals who have helped shape ISACA’s legacy in Nigeria. The discussion centered on leadership accountability, governance structures, and the future of digital trust, inspiring attendees to reflect on how institutional excellence can be built and sustained over time.

The event was a rich convergence of insights, experience, and strategic foresight, continuing iCentra’s commitment to thought leadership and transformation. It also reinforced the long-standing alliance between iCentra and ISACA, one that continues to drive value across the public, private, and development sectors.
