Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative growth strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue.
- Lead business development efforts and establish strategic partnerships for market expansion.
- Oversee marketing, demand generation, and brand positioning to enhance visibility.
- Work closely with sales teams to optimize lead conversion and revenue streams.
- Leverage data analytics and predictive modelling for performance optimization.
- Champion product-led growth initiatives and customer experience enhancements.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Growth in new customer acquisition rates.
- Percentage increase in revenue from existing and new channels.
- Improvement in customer retention and churn rate reduction.
- ROI on digital marketing and lead generation campaigns.
- Increase in conversion rates from leads to paying customers.
- Number of strategic partnerships and new market entries.
What We’re Looking For
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Growth Strategy, Data Science, or related fields.
- Certifications in Growth Hacking, Digital Marketing, or Product-Led Growth (preferred).
Experience:
- 10+ years in growth leadership, business development, and marketing.
- Proven track record of scaling businesses in technology, consulting, or learning sectors.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and working in data-driven environments.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools.
- Expertise in SEO, PPC, performance marketing, and sales funnel optimization.
- Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and execution abilities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
