1. Projects Coordinator Construction
Summary of Role: Responsible for coordinating and overseeing construction projects from start to finish. This includes planning, organizing, and managing resources to ensure timely completion of projects within budget and to the satisfaction of clients.
Seniority Level; Senior Management
Requirements; Not less than 8 years’ experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
2. Internal Control Manager
Summary Role: Responsible for performing the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations, determining internal audit scope and developing annual plans
Seniority Level: Senior Management
Requirements: Not less than 8 years’ experience as a Project Manager or similar role
3. Business Development Manager
Summary Role Assist Management to drive revenue to meet growth targets, manage the end-to-end new business sales process. The BDM will also assist in managing existing client and intermediary relationships and leading a program of awareness raising and profile building as part of the group’s broader marketing initiatives.

Requirements: Not less than 6 years’ experience as Business Development, sales, or similar role
4. HR Business Partner
Summary Role: You will work closely with management and employees “on the front line,” providing hands-on and strategic input, insight, and advice on people-related issues: talent management, employee relations, coaching/development, compensation, conflict management, organizational development, and training.

Requirements: Not less than 7 years’ experience as a Human Resources or similar role
5. Marketing Communications Manager
Summary Role: Plan and deliver an integrated marketing communications strategy that enhances brand equity and assists to achieve business objectives, develop and implement collateral material to support effective selling, brand development, communications and own our social media channels including setting the architecture for governing the use and managing escalations.
Seniority Level: Middle Management
Requirements: Not less than 5 years’ experience in Marcomms or similar role
Summary of Role: oversees the entire building process for assigned projects from start to finish. They collaborate with Project Coordinator, architects, engineers, and other project support team members to determine deliverables and goals.

7. Construction Business Manager
Summary Role: Assist construction project managers to estimate and adhere to proper budgets, create project schedules, and communicate project updates Direct, subcontractor, vendor, and supplier process by assembling bid packages including scope of work, bidding process, and needed construction documents.

Requirements: Not less than 5 years’ experience in a similar role
8. Procurement Manager
Summary of Role: Responsible for making sure that the right products or services are purchased at the right time, and that they are getting the best value for money.

9. Financial Analyst
Summary of Role: Responsible to create, maintain and update financial models, forecasts, and budgets. This involves analyzing financial data, developing models, and creating reports that help in decision-making processes.

10. Design Architect
Summary Role: Responsible to submit designs for approval and make necessary adjustments from feedbacks, adherence to the industry guidelines at all times. You are to ensure all designs contain correct measurements and dimensions.
Requirements: Not less than 3-4 years’ experience as a Design Architect or similar role
11. Accountant
Summary of Role: Responsible collecting, tracking, and correcting the company’s finances. They are responsible for financial audits, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring financial records are accurate

Requirements: Not less than 5 years’ experience as an Accountant or similar role
12. Technical Assistant to the MD
Summary Role: Provide management oversight for the development of integrated engineering blue-prints and plans. Maintain an up-to-date consolidated management overview of project contracts performance and work closely with the whole team leads on performance, monitoring, reporting and continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements: Not less than 3 years’ experience as a Executive or Technical Assistant and or similar role.
Must have background in architecture, civil Engineering or Construction
13. Legal & Compliance
Summary Role: To ensure that the company remains compliant with federal, state, and local authorities and regulatory institutions throughout the life cycle of all company projects, and to represent the organization as a legal focal point in all interactions with vendors and third parties, and customer
Requirements: Not less than 4 years’ experience as in a similar role.
14. Customer Service Office
Summary Role: Responsible for responding to customer service inquiries, finding appropriate solutions, and updating customer accounts or services. Customer Service Officers resolve complaints and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Requirements: Not less than 2 years’ experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role
15. Admin Officer
Summary Role: providing administrative support and managing their queries. Main duties include managing office stock, preparing regular reports (e.g. expenses and office budgets) and organizing company records.
Requirements: Not less than 2years’ experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role
16. IT Support
Provide technical support to maintain the organization’s computer systems, both hardware and software and other equipment to ensure optimal performance so that end users can maintain a high level of productivity.
Requirements: 4 to 6years experience as a IT support officer
Background in Degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems
17. Associate Quantity Surveyor
Summary Role: Assist in preparation of tender submission, measurement of quantities & cost estimation and Timely preparation of Bills of Quantities, technical data & unit rate
Requirements: Not less than 2 years’ experience as a Project Manager or similar role
Store Keeper
Summary Role: Responsible for managing goods in the warehouse from the time of moving goods into the warehouse, preserving and storing them until the time of moving goods out of the warehouse.
Requirements: previous experience in similar role
