Job Summary

We’re seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that drives engagement, generates leads, and increases revenue for iCentra solutions. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of the latest industry trends, tools, and practices.

 

Key Responsibilities

  1. Digital Strategy and Campaign Management
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to meet organizational goals.
  • Plan, create, implement, and optimize high-performing digital marketing campaigns across channels, including social media, email, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
  • Create integrated marketing campaigns that align with brand messaging and objectives.
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve and optimize our digital marketing strategy
  1. Content Creation and Optimization
  • Oversee the creation of compelling, audience-targeted content for digital platforms.
  • Optimize website and landing pages for user experience and search engine rankings.
  • Collaborate with designers, writers, and other stakeholders to produce high-quality digital assets.
  1. Analytics and Performance Tracking
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media insights.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve ROI and achieve KPIs.
  • Generate regular performance reports to inform stakeholders.
  1. Social Media and Community Management
  • Manage and grow the company’s presence on platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.
  • Monitor and respond to audience engagement, fostering positive interactions with followers.
  • Run social media advertising campaigns to increase reach and engagement.
  • Manage and optimize our website and landing pages to ensure maximum conversion rates and user experience
  • Develop and manage our lead generation and nurturing strategy, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality leads for our sales and customer success team
  1. Email Marketing and Automation
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Develop and maintain email lists, segmentation strategies, and A/B testing for optimized performance.
  1. SEO and SEM Management
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve website ranking.
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads and other paid search campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes to maintain competitive edge.
  1. Collaboration
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the marcomms and customer success team to develop targeted account-based marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.

 

KPIs and Metrics of Success

  • Website Traffic Growth: Increase in organic, paid, and referral traffic.
  • Lead Generation: Number of leads generated through campaigns.
  • Conversion Rates: Percentage of website visitors converting into leads or customers.
  • Engagement Metrics: Social media engagement rates and content interaction levels.
  • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS): Performance of paid advertising campaigns.
  • Email Campaign Performance: Open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.

 

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz).
  • Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Experience with video marketing.
  • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.

 

Educational and Professional Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role with a proven track record of success in driving business growth through digital marketing campaigns.
  • Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Hootsuite) are a plus.
