Shewudeen Giwa is a legal and finance professional with about three decades of diverse and versatile banking experience which spanned through Internal Audit and Control; Branch and Relationship Management; Debt Recovery and Management and Risk Management.

Mr Giwa has served in different capacities such as the Chief Inspector of Trade Bank Plc and up till 2012, was a Consultant/Technical Adviser on Debt Management to the Nigerian Export Import Bank, having served the Bank as the Head of Risk Management Department for over two years.

He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria [CIBN] and a former General Secretary of The Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, FCT Branch.

Mr Giwa is currently in active Legal Practice as the Principal Partner of S.O.Q Giwa & Co. He is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria and a member of Nigerian Bar Association, Abuja Branch.
