Scope of Work

The Web Developer will:

1. Website Development:
   • Develop responsive, visually appealing, and user-friendly websites.
   • Optimize websites for performance, accessibility, and SEO.
2. Digital Solutions:
   • Build and integrate web-based applications to support business operations.
   • Develop dashboards, tools, or interactive features based on project requirements.
3. Maintenance & Updates:
   • Ensure websites and solutions are up-to-date and functioning properly.
   • Perform regular performance testing and debugging.
4. Collaboration:
   • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, content creators, and project managers, to ensure alignment with project goals.
   • Provide technical guidance and recommendations to improve digital solutions.

5.Deliverables

• Fully developed, functional, and responsive websites within project timelines.
• Web-based tools or applications as specified in the project scope.
• Detailed technical documentation, including system architecture and user guides.
• Status updates and final project reports.

6. Contractor Qualifications

Education

• Relevant degree (preferred but not mandatory).

Experience

• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in web development.
• Proven track record of developing and deploying high-quality websites and digital solutions.
• Experience with cross-functional team collaboration.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in front-end technologies: Modern frontend frameworks like React.js, Next.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong back-end development skills with PHP, Python, or Node.js.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms like Sanity CMS, or Strapi. Proficiency in RESTful APIs, version control (Git), and web hosting platforms.
• Knowledge of database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) is a plus.
• Expertise in web security best practices and performance optimization.

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks within deadlines.

  Proposal Requirements: Interested candidates should submit the following:

1. Technical Proposal:
   • Overview of experience and qualifications.
   • portfolio of relevant projects with links to live websites or solutions.
   • Proposed approach to website development and digital solution design.
2. Financial Proposal:
   • Detailed cost breakdown for the 3-month engagement, including monthly rates.
3. Additional Information:
   • Availability during the 3-month period.
   • References from past clients or employers.

7. Evaluation Criteria

Proposals will be evaluated based on the following:

• Technical Expertise (40%): Demonstrated experience, qualifications, and skills.
• Portfolio Quality (30%): Relevance and quality of past work.
• Financial Proposal (20%): Cost-effectiveness of the proposal.
• Soft Skills (10%): Communication and collaboration abilities.

Milestone: RFP Release Date: 19^th March 2025

Proposal Submission Deadline: 26^th March 2025

Evaluation of Proposals: 4^th April 2025

Contract Award Notification: 11^th April 2025
