Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute business growth strategies for B2B and B2C segments.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and market trend assessments.
- Collaborate with the marcomms team to develop targeted campaigns.
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring timely, within budget, and high-quality outcomes.
- Lead cross-functional project teams, providing guidance and expertise.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Conduct risk assessments, identify mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance.
- Monitor project financials, manage budgets, and ensure profitability.
- Develop and implement tailored solutions for B2B and B2C clients.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Provide thought leadership on subject matter areas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions

Skills and Qualifications:

- 7-10Yrs. Experience in Business Development Tech/Consulting Background or related field.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Master’s degree and relevant certification in project management or business analysis/Sales & Strategy capabilities.
